Apartments for sale in Bečići

Bečići real estate in short

Bečići is built around its beach. Hotels and apartment buildings line the shore, and a promenade runs along the sand to Rafailovići at the far end. From there a path through the rock leads on to Kamenovo. Behind the beach, the main coastal road divides the place into a lower part by the sea and an upper part that climbs the hillside.

Almost everything for sale here is an apartment. Detached houses are rare in Bečići itself and appear mostly on the hills above.

Below the road or above it

Flats on the seaward side are a short walk from the water, with cafés and restaurants on the way. They are livelier in summer and work well as holiday homes. Above the road, buildings are often newer and set on terraces. The walk down is longer and steeper, but the streets are calmer and parking is usually easier.

Some listings mention the sea in their title. Whether a flat actually has a view depends on the floor, the orientation and the buildings in front, so judge it on site.

Who an apartment in Bečići suits

• Holiday owners who want a sandy beach and a promenade on foot.
• Families, thanks to the shallow, gently shelving beach.
• Year-round residents who are happy to drive to Budva for most services in winter, when Bečići gets much quieter.

When comparing flats, look at the age of the building, the maintenance costs of shared areas, a parking space or garage, and the documents for the unit.
