We had the most wonderful experience with Montenegro Prospects once again, just reiterating that the first time was no fluke. In this occasion we were searching for a small low budget apartment along the Adriatic coast with a sea view for my grandmother and we didn’t expect much and we also didn’t know Montenegro Prospects would get in touch with us and find us a gem of an apartment in the lovely Denovici with one of the most expansive sea views you could ever get. The most gentle and empathetic person you could ever hope to meet made contact. Her name was Natasa and without any pressure, she set out to support us through the process of viewing the apartment on two occasions, being flexible, answering all our questions and even picking us up to take us to the apartment. She offered us legal support and had a great relationship with us, the seller and the municipal office. Natasa had this intuitive connection with us and knew exactly what we were after and our concerns. She went far and beyond our expectations and helped us negotiate a great price for the purchase of the apartment. Natasa also filled in all the relevant paperwork and negotiated time for us to arrange transfer of the payment. Even when the purchase was complete Natasa filled in more forms so that we could pay our transfer tax. Additionally when we had difficulty making the payment of the tax at the post office, Natasa came to the post office to ensure payment went through. We highly recommend Natasa and Montenegro Prospects as the go to agency for a truly smooth, helpful and human experience of purchasing property in a country that can be challenging due to language barriers and being culturally different if you are not from Crna Gora. Our experience with this agency and in particular with their representative, Nemanja, was very good. All our initial online requests for information were treated in a professional and timely manner. And the subsequent on site visits of properties went smoothly and pleasantly. We will call on them again in the near future and recommend their services.

From the first contact to the last detailed question and transfer of the purchase Ivana was there with incredible patience and helpfulness. The purchase was very complicated and with a lot of stones in the way since the property we bought is located in a national park of Montenegro with special conditions while changing the owner.

The sale lasted for over three months and was not an easy one. Within that time, we never felt compelled to buy the property and could have stepped out anytime without feeling obligation.
