Budva apartments for sale: town and riviera

Budva grew around its Old Town, a walled quarter on a small peninsula with a citadel at the tip. On one side is Mogren beach, reached by a path along the cliffs. On the other runs Slovenska plaža, the long town beach with the promenade and the marina. In summer the town is loud and full until late. In winter it is a working town with shops, schools and offices open all year.

Flats close to the Old Town and the promenade are in older buildings and smaller blocks. Further back, neighbourhoods such as Rozino, Dubovica and Babin Do are mostly newer residential buildings, often with parking and lifts.
